The lounge area has two fabric sofas, one seating three and the other for two. They are set around a corner TV stand with shelving.

The large windows to the front also ensure lots of natural light fills the living spaces.

Moving in to the kitchen, there are cream doors and drawers which contrast nicely with the dark wood style units and black worktops.

There is ample space for kitchen storage.

Set just off the kitchen is a free-standing dining table and chairs. With seating for 4.

In the main bedroom you have the bonus of an en-suite WC and wash basin which adds little privacy for the main bedroom users. There is a modern headboard and shelving above, cupboards and a tall wardrobe to the side of the bed, plus a double wardrobe and dressing table too.

The twin bedroom has shelving and cupboards above the beds with headboards to match the main room. There is also a tall wardrobe to the end of one of the beds too.

The main shower room is modern and large shower cubicle has a sliding door, plus there is a WC here too.

The holiday home will come with all contents, so that it is all ready to sublet if wanted, for example: pots, pans, bedding etc.
